Sports Massage is performed on the bodies soft tissues, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. This is done through specific massage techniques, deep tissue work, stretching, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release (STR), and muscle energy techniques (MET). Sports Massage can help reduce pain, speed up injury recovery, improve flexibility, and improve sporting performance.

Remedial Therapy

Remedial therapy is a massage practice that is designed to treat both deep and superficial tissues. Remedial massage has a wide range of skilled techniques used to manipulate soft tissues. Remedial massage can be used specifically for relaxation or to reduce pain and normalise the body's muscles and soft tissues function.  Remedial Massage Therapy is excellent for work related tension, relaxation, general muscle maintenance and anyone who is not over active.
